• Shipping & Delivery
• If payment is made via PayPal the item will be shipped only to the confirmed address. No sales or shipments to APO/FPO as no on-line tracking available. art by debOrah reserves the right to refund any payment made which will require shipment to an unconfirmed address, and cancel the sale. Payment is due within seven days. Unless other arrangements are made, the Store reserves the right to cancel any sale not paid for within that time frame. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If insurance is purchased,  art by debOrah  will assist with any claims.
• Sales Tax
• art by debOrah charges 6.75% sales tax for taxable merchandise ordered on this Web site for delivery to any location within Florida. This includes coins and other monetary items, when purchased for purposes other than for use as a medium of exchange. If you believe you are exempt from sales tax, and you reside in Florida, you must submit a Resale Certificate with your payment.
• Store Hours
• We are open for business seven days per week. Shipments are generally made within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
• Returns
• I want you to be happy and will do whatever it takes as long as it is reasonable and legal. Buyer must email or contact me for request to return item and will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. Item must be received back in good condition.
• International Shipments
• art by debOrah ship to selected countries when approved by the USPS.  See http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.htm for the countries list.  We will not ship to countries prohibited by USPS regulations.   International shipping and handling $10.00.
